How to add an image to your Gmail signature
Step-by-step guide to adding a logo or photo to your Gmail signature that actually displays correctly.
How to add an image to your Gmail signature
- 1
Add your photo or logo URL in the Media section of the generator above, then click "Copy HTML".
- 2
Open Gmail → click the gear icon (top right) → "See all settings".
- 3
Scroll to the Signature section, click "Create new", and give it a name.
- 4
In the signature text box, paste using Cmd+Shift+V (Mac) or Ctrl+Shift+V (Windows) — this preserves the image.
- 5
If the image doesn't appear, verify the URL is HTTPS and publicly accessible — paste it in a browser tab to check.
- 6
Alternatively, click the image icon in Gmail's editor and enter the URL directly so Gmail fetches it from its own servers.
- 7
Scroll down, click "Save Changes", then send a test email to confirm the image loads for recipients.

Loved by people who send a lot of email.
"I've tried four of these things. signcraft is the only one where my signature actually looks the way it did in the preview after I paste it into Gmail."
Elena Marrok

"Rolled it out across our whole firm in an afternoon. Forty-two lawyers, one consistent look, zero IT tickets. That's basically a miracle."
Samir Rahimi
Managing Partner, Lumen Law
"I was about to pay someone $400 to design this. Did it in three minutes. Tasteful defaults — that's what I'm paying for, and it's free."
