TL;DR

signcraft.email is free to use. The signature editor runs in your browser — the name, role, email, photo or other details you type into it never leave your device. We collect basic technical data (IP, browser) in server logs and via our error-monitoring service to keep the site working. With your consent we also run Google Analytics 4 and show Google AdSense ads — you can change this at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer.

This site is operated by TODO: Trading name (e.g. Lewandowski t/a signcraft), TODO: service address, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@signcraft.email. We act as the data controller for personal data processed via signcraft.email. We are not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer.

What we collect and why

• Data you put in the editor — name, role, email, phone, photo, social URLs. This stays in your browser. We never receive it.
• Server access logs — IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp. Retained for 30 days. Lawful basis: legitimate interests (site operation and security).
• Error monitoring — Sentry (Functional Software, Inc., USA) receives error reports when something breaks. May include IP, browser, URL and a stack trace. Retained for 90 days. IP scrubbing is enabled. Lawful basis: legitimate interests (keeping the site working).
• Analytics (only with consent) — Google Analytics 4. Page views, device class, country. IP anonymisation enabled. Lawful basis: consent.
• Advertising (only with consent) — Google AdSense. Without consent ads are still shown but non-personalised. With consent, AdSense may use cookies to personalise ads. Lawful basis: consent.

International transfers

Sentry and Google are based in the USA. Transfers are covered by the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Cookies and local storage

signcraft.email does not set any cookies or write non-essential storage before you give consent. Strictly-necessary storage includes your cookie choice itself (kept in localStorage so we don’t ask you on every page). You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer.
