2. What this site does

signcraft.email is a free, browser-based tool for generating HTML email signatures. The editor runs in your browser. We do not store the signatures you create on our servers.

3. Acceptable use

You may use signcraft.email for any lawful purpose, including commercial use. You may not use it to create signatures that infringe third-party rights, distribute malware, defame, harass, or otherwise break the law.

4. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to the signatures you create. The site, its templates, code and copy are © signcraft.email; you may use the output of the generator freely, but you may not republish or resell the site itself.

5. No warranty

The service is provided “as is”. We make no guarantees about availability, accuracy of output, or compatibility with any particular email client. You are responsible for testing the result before using it in production.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be excluded under English law.

7. Advertising

The site is supported by advertising shown via Google AdSense. We do not endorse or guarantee the products or services advertised. Your dealings with advertisers are solely between you and them.
