Go to the Outlook menu (top-left) → Preferences → Signatures.

Click the "+" button to create a new signature and give it a name.

Click in the editing area on the right, then paste your signature using Cmd+Shift+V to preserve formatting.

In the "Default signatures" section, set your new signature for "New messages" and "Replies/Forwards".
